Who Intensives Are For

Intensives are ideal if you:

  • Feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, burnout, or disconnection despite previous therapy

  • Notice the same relationship or self-doubt patterns circling back

  • Want relief without waiting months to feel the results

  • Prefer focused, uninterrupted time to address underlying causes, not just manage symptoms

Why This Approach Works

Many clients describe traditional weekly therapy like starting and stopping a movie—you make progress, but interruptions slow you down.

Intensives provide extended, dedicated time to:

  • Access deeper processing without losing momentum

  • Build and integrate tools you can use immediately

  • Address root causes connected to unresolved developmental or complex trauma
