Because time doesn’t actually heal ALL wounds.

Have you been running on autopilot—powering through work, relationships, and responsibilities—yet still feel disconnected, anxious, or constantly “on edge”? You’re not alone. Many high-functioning adults carry a quiet weight of old survival strategies and unresolved wounds from the past. Even if you can’t pinpoint the cause, the signs are there: reoccurring burnout, an inner critic that never rests, assuming responsibility for everything, difficulty trusting or feeling truly safe in yourself or with others.

Therapy can equip, encourage and support you in breaking free from the rut of just getting by to building a life rooted in greater ability to navigate from a place of calm, clarity, and connection. Through an integrative trauma-informed approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), parts work such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, neuro-based approaches such as polyvagal theory and NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), we work with individuals to move beyond symptom focus and address the root of the issue.

Weekly Sessions

Traditional 1 hour weekly sessions may be a good fit if you:

  • Are new to therapy and want to build steadying skills at a gradual pace

  • Find it hard to stay focused on one topic for long stretches

  • Want a regular weekly rhythm of support while life is in motion

  • Plan to use insurance for concerns that qualify as medical necessity

Extended Sessions

Longer sessions make room to:

  • Access deeper processing with more regulation support before returning to your day to day life

  • Identify and practice new tools in session so you are more likely to use them right away

  • Work on the root patterns underneath what’s wearing you out today

Therapy Intensives

Multi hour &/or full day intensives may be ideal if you:

  • Feel stuck in patterns of chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or disconnection despite previous therapy

  • Notice persistent relationship or self-sabotage patterns circling back

  • Want to make progress sooner instead of spreading it across months

  • Find weekly appointments hard to keep with your schedule

  • Already have a therapist and want focused work in a particular area, then return to them

Still not sure which fits?

A free consult call can help us decide together, including whether an intensive makes sense right now. Services are available to adults located in Texas.
